My first instinct is to say that's a crane fly. Looks very similar to the link below of the Tipula genus http://bugguide.net/node/view/443099

This is probably one of the plume moths. You may want to start here: http://bugguide.net/node/view/4561/bgimage?from=0 to try and narrow the species down somewhat. Cool photo!
