Alice, Seriemas are pretty much only related to themselves, as most of their other relatives have died out. Of note: they are thought t be the closest living relatives of a group of gigantic (up to 10 ft/3.0 m tall) carnivorous "terror birds",
Family: Cariamidae It's interesting how can they stay totaly stoped or run very fast.
I think these birds are so cool looking. I especially love their eyes.
