Description:

Found on the dock pilings in Anacortes, WA. Black feathers that glistened green in the sun.

I like last picture of four..most...rare moment..!!
Ashish and Saar thanks! I will update the post. Also, Ashish, you are correct it was a nest with junveniles. One of the pictures still loading shows bits of wood in one birds beak on its way back to the nest.
I feel there is nest in first picture and Gray headed is a juvenile bird..!!
Yes...Saar they are Cormorants..!!
