Field Notes

Description:

Black body, White areas on the wings, Red bill and pink feet. I caught this pair on a roof watching the sun come up. I love the sounds they make when flying or sitting like they are always making conversation.

Habitat:

May build their homes in a tree, Will find them around ponds, lakes and streams. Have very attractive babies.
