Description:
Hydrangea have opposite leaves and large, flat-topped or rounded clusters of white, pink, or blue flowers. Interestingly, unlike most other plants, the color of their flowers can change dramatically. To change a hydrangea from pink to blue you have to add aluminum to the soil. Changing from blue to pink means subtracting aluminum from the soil.
