Ok so I found these two: http://www.cirrusimage.com/spider_orb_weaver_Neoscona_arabesca.htm http://www.cirrusimage.com/spider_dimorphic_jumping.htm They are both in my area and look like the picture, but I didn't get a really good look at him because it was dark...
Second picture is very important...!!
Nice info...such quick web mostly done by jump spiders..I think..!!
I was coming home really late one night after a weekend trip and he had made his web between the two parked cars (side-by-side) in the driveway. I wouldn't have seen him if my headlights weren't on. It was so cool because the cars, though parked parallel to each other were 7 yards apart and the web had stretched all the way across!
Where you find it..(surrounding type..)?
