Description:

Extremely tiny frog or toad. Brown with black markings on back and a white underbelly.

Habitat:

Wooded backyard next to a pond.

Very helpful! Thanks. I was thinking Fowler's Toad, so that's what I'll go with.
It is either a newly metamorphosed Fowler's Toad (Bufo fowleri) or American Toad (Bufo americanus). It's very difficult to distinguish between the two at this stage. Also, the two hybridize, which makes it even more difficult! Hope this helps :)
