Description:

Pale greened, symetrical, winged insect.

Habitat:

Hot and dry found in backyard in northern most part of north las vegas Nv 89031. Densely populated area.

Notes:

These insects only come out in summer to end their life cycle, they are responsible for the loud mechanical humm in the trees during summer ; they are drawn to light and may huddle around porch lights.
