Field Notes

Description:

About 2 to 3 inches tall curving over. I couldn't make out any significant scent or see any gill since the smooth mushroom cap is practically sealed around the stem.

Habitat:

Growing in a city park next to a woodchiped kids playground clear of trees and other vegetation. Spotted 20 feet away from what I belive to be parasol mushrooms.

Notes:

High traffic area so I would not be surprised if they were trampled by end of day.
