Bright green, bottom of neck and bottom jaw yellow. about 15 inches give or take.

Looking at the pictures of the Anole seems to have summed it up for me. Thank you Eric & Sarah for pointing me in the right direction.
The eyes are definitely odd - wouldn't like to find that thing staring at me! Well, I've no idea what it is, but hopefully someone can help you get an ID on it. :)
Thanx for the comment Dangermouse. Actually I agree ;-) I do have a few more pics I have seen these things maybe about 4-5 times. I had another picture of one in a tree but it was a really terrible picture since it was high and I took the picture with my Camera. The other thing of note about the thing is its eyes really freak me out! I will try to add the other pics to show that it is not a toy or something;-)
