I don't think this is a Caesar - it looks a) way too red, b) the white flakes are unusual for it and c) the cap's rim is slightly feathery white (which speaks also for white gills - all these three characteristica speak more clearly for a Fly Agaric, Amanita muscaria
perhaps a cousin of fly agaric..
