The bee looks like something in the tribe Anthophorini (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthophorini) or Eucerini (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eucerini). The unknown is some sort of hover fly in the family Syrphidae (http://bugguide.net/node/view/196).
Ann, you click on the Missions heading at the top of the screen. There you will see all the missions. Just click 'Join Mission' of any you like. Then when adding a new spotting you will see a space on the right for 'add to mission', click on this and select up to 5 missions per spotting. If you have any questions just let me know. Thanks to Mick for the suggestion.

Thanks for being so helpful.. i will be sure to look into the Pollinators Mission
Good shot you could add this to the Pollinators Mission.
