Took this photo a few months ago in a mangrove. He was fishing for crustaceans.

Yes it is definately a Painted Stork. It can be found in Asia and spreading in to South East Asia, which is where I spotted him. Thanks. :)
I must be wrong, as apparently yellow-billed storks only exist in Africa!

I do not think this is an oriental stork, this birds beak is a lot longer.
