GREAT PIC!!! LOL love it! This is one of the Narrow-winged Damselflies (Family Coenagrionidae). Hard for me to say beyond that. Maybe one of the Dancers or Bluets??? Maybe someone with more experience with that area's damsels can say from the few details seen. http://bugguide.net/node/view/380/bgpage?from=0
