I used to live in Messina several years, and I found I saw a lot of horicultural varieties of Scabiosa, and all of their leaves were very distinctive. Yes, it is very possible that it is not, but I have the same species in my private herbarium collection, and it is also identified as a Scabiosa leucophylla. Good luck in search of identity !
Dear Shaaman, thanks a lot for your suggestion. However I do not think that it is that species since the leaves are quite different and I found it in Monte Cofano Sicily. What do you think please?
