Description:
Yellowy-green dragonfly/darter with clear blue patch on the back, just belong the wings.
Notes:
Unfortunately, this fellar got caught up in between netting and a wire fence, as seen in the fourth picture, but I thought he might be still alive so I pulled him out. He was, but barely and didn't survive, unfortunately. But I took the opportunity to take some photos.
