I spotted these tiny insects on my Artemesia plants. I zoomed in and cropped it for a better view.

Species ID Suggestions

Artemesia is in the Compositae family so I'd think a good guess would be Chrysanthemum Lace Bug (Corythucha marmorata) http://bugguide.net/node/view/51599
I think this is a lacebug for sure, but I don't think I can ID it past family. Anyone have any ideas?
