Crystal Jelly
Aequorea victoria

Field Notes
Description:
This is what I believe to be a crystal jelly, though I'm not entirely sure because Wikipedia says the medusae live in the Spring, while I found this in August. (Help from marine biologists would be much wanted!)
These are nearly completely transparent jellyfish, with a slight blue hue to them. They have hubcap shaped bodies an very visible blueish mouths. They have thin tentacles for feeding which do not sting human skin.
