Why don't you think this is an Allamanda? Sure looks like one to me. Check the leaves...certainly not a yellow Mandevillea.
If you lighten the plant, the first one has a center, the others do not!
thttp://www.flickr.com/photos/aatt0000/2833587896/ Not much help in the identification process (scientific name unknown and proper common name unknown too) but this looks like your spotting. And I would definitely say mandevilla. I've seen yellow flowered ones here where I am, but not very often.
It's the same flower, Alice. It's just because the first one is a lot darker looking into the centre of the flower, but you can tell with the third photo that the lines are the same. It looks very similar to a mandevilla plant.
Are you sure those are all the same flowers? The first one's center is quite different.
It is truly a gorgeous picture. I adjusted the color and it is not an Alamanda. I don't recognize it. Any time you want to see the good picture, I could send it to you.
