White ball shaped flowers, could use some help with the ID. :) Taken in my backyard garden.

I just took my grandmother out back to ask her opinion, and she immediately identified it as an allium. For now, I'll go with this ID then. ;)

I think it might be a Allium pskemense, which blooms in late summer; but I cannot find a website that notes the height/size of that species.
Mary it looks like Allium but that is finished flowering by now. Do you have any more photos of it showing the leaves or the whole plant?
