Description:

La gaviota del Caspio (''Larus cachinnans'') es una especie de ave Charadriiforme de la familia Laridae próxima de la gaviota patiamarilla (Larus michahellis).
Es una de las aves marinas más populares. Tiene el pico fuerte y de color amarillo intenso, y presenta una mancha roja en la parte inferior

Habitat:

Puerto de Santa Lucía, Cartagena (Murcia).

Thanks, Doryreed. She is not herring gull. But it is Larus cachinnans, she is common in the western Mediterranean. Regards.
This gull isn't a herring gull I don't think. They have pink legs. This is the yellow-legged gull (Larus michahellis). :) http://www.rspb.org.uk/wildlife/birdguide/name/y/yellowleggedgull/index.aspx
