The leaves of Ipomoea quamoclit http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/295445/ are very fine , in contradistinction to the leaves of Ipomoea sloteri http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/258332/ which are of a much broader nature.
Cypress vine is the common name of Ipomoea quamoclit.
This is Ipomoea sloteri, not quamoclit. I. quamoclit has star flowers and more feathery leaves.
