Description:

The Stromanthe sanguinea has a shrub-like development. These plants give origin to a brush with a rounded form. The Stromanthe sanguinea Is medium in size; in winter it assumes a greenredpinkwhite colouring. These are evergreen plants, which means they keep their leaves year round.
This plant prefers very luminous locations, but not direct exposition to sun

Habitat:

The 32 species in the Genus Maranta can be found in tropical and subtropical regions of southern Mexico, West Indies, Central America and South America (to northern Argentina).
