Field Notes

Description:

A small transparent jellyfish. Shaped somewhat like a pyramid. Colorless.
Has four bright orange tentacles trailing behind it.
Has an organ hanging down from its center, which can also be orange.

Nah, it's definitely not a ctenophore. And as you said definitely not a schyphozoan. Most likely it's a hydromedusa from what I can tell. Unfortunately I have no clue which one it is.
To me it looks either like a ctenophore (a group of invertebrates that are kind of like jellyfish, but are in their own phylum) or the medusa stage of a hydrozoan (a family within the group that jellyfish are in). It has to right proportions to be either, so I'm not entirely sure which it is! But this isn't a normal jellyfish, which would be classed as a scyphozoan jellyfish :) Cool video by the way!!
