Jennifer - We raise these year-round at the BioWorks Butterfly Garden in Tampa, FL. These caterpillars are some of our most popular, due to their size, shape, and color, and the resulting giant moths are simply lovely. Feel free to stop our blog and do a search for "polyphemus" to learn more. http://lepcurious.blogspot.com/
