Description:

Yellow fly with reddish markings on thorax and muted black stripes on abdomen. There are no markings on wings. First image shows mating pair.

Habitat:

Cape Honeysuckle, Bamboo, and citrus leaves

Notes:

Not to be confused with the fly of the same name but of the Homoneura occidentalis species
