Description:

bright red on decaying hardwood log

Habitat:

hardwood forest, lots of undergrowth & decaying matter.

Notes:

red raspberry slime..doesn't last long in this color when sun gets on it...turns dark brown quickly.

i agree again with clive, back then, was the begin of my slime mold fazination, and i maked many mistakes, but this suggestion looks right. with the new knowlegde/references/books i will, think longer about my next suggestions.
