Euclea delphinii is a US species and not found in India!
Yes, definitely a Limacodidae.
Reminds me of the saddleback caterpillar - but that's an American species. Perhaps the same family: Limacodidae
I don't think that this one is an Euclea sp. These are only found in the Americas.

Reminds me of a slug caterpillar, family Limacodidae. Many can inflict painful stings with their spines.

Not a critter I would like to argue with but fantastic colouring on him!
