Description:

Found this spiderwort growing wild in my backyard

Habitat:

shady, moist. Growing in a large pile of dirt removed from my grandmother's garden - but I don't believe that she had any spiderworts growing there.

Notes:

I'm not 100% sure on the ID... correction would be welcome.

Thank you!! I think I'll try using someone else's computer and see if I can make it work.... The newest Internet Explorer seems to be pretty buggy. It's driving me nuts :/
I'll do it for you Steffi. Let me know if it continues to be a problem
@lori.tas: Sorry about that! There's something really weird going on with the "missions" for me (maybe it's the version of Internet Explorer that I'm using?) When I try to select a mission it either adds the wrong one, or won't add any at all - and I can't change them!
Hi Steffi, I just wanted to point out that the "Signs of Wildlife" mission is for things like footprints, bone, webs, scat, shed exoskeletons, etc. Spotting of actual plants and animals are not part of the mission. I hope I cleared that up.
Very nice, especially the complementary colors!
