I agree with Carolina on the ID. Chris there are 8 subspecies of Dusky Titi monkey under the C. moloch as you previously had it ID'd. Not all of them are found in Peru. C. moloch moloch is endemic to Brazil.
Thank you for the help! The Dusky Titi does live in Peru, but it definitely was a misidentification. I had trouble recalling which was which since I had seen 9 of 11 species found within the Tambopata where I was.
You are completely correct Carolina! And the second picture is a different primate that slipped in! hah I've never been very good with primate identifications and I've seen around 20 species within the last year!
Chris, I think you actually have a Brown-mantled tamarin here, not a Dusky titi, Dusky are endemic to Brazil as far as I know, not Peru. Also, is the second picture the same primate?
