Description:

I found this on the banks of the Withlachoochee river

STATUS: On March 16, 1998, the Gulf moccasinshell was designated as Endangered throughout its range (USFWS 1998). A recovery plan addressing the Gulf moccasinshell was finalized on October 1, 2003

Habitat:

Fresh water River
