Description:

I took these photos in very low light at dusk so they are not as sharp as I would like (& I didn't want to get close enough for flash for obvious reasons!) I thought this guy was unusual as it was predominantly white in color.

Not leucistic...just has a high amount of white...not an uncommon thing at all. Leucistic would likely be more yellowish in a skunk (the spray) and lack mauch of the dark colors. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leucism
Added to the NWF mission because of the skunks' innovative defense of spraying musk.
She (I don't know why but I think it's a she!) is by far the prettiest skunk I've seen! The little guy I snapped yesterday has a lot of white too so I'm thinking he may be related.

His fur looks in great condition... He could do shampoo commercials!! :-)
