Thanks! Yeah, it has quite the bright colors on the underside... unfortunately I didn't get any good shots of it.
nice spotting! Was curious why it was called a red flasher since it is blue....found this link http://www.learnaboutbutterflies.com/Amazon%20-%20Panacea%20prola.htm and now it totally makes sense to me why its called a red flasher.
