Yes..Tussack moth caterpillar..!!
It looks like a caterpillar in the family Lymantriidae to me: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymantriidae. It looks very similar to a caterpillar in the genus Orgyia that occurs in North America, but I would be hesitant to see for sure that that could be the genus for this one.
