Description:

This butterfly is also very common at this time of the year in the nature reserve of Plombières. It may have to do with preferring the flora that grows in this area, which in turn is adapted to a zinc and other minerals-enriched soil.

Marta, yes, also the Queen of Spain. The large white spots are distinctive, as are the spots on the forewing apex.
