This is an orbweaver in the genus Argiope. Argiope webs typically contain a special silk pattern in the hub called "stabilimentum", which you can see in this picture. The pattern of the stabilimentum varies across species. This looks like Argiope aurantia, which makes a stabilimentum with zigzags.
