Field Notes

Description:

The only lion I had a close encounter with in the northern most sector of Kruger National Park. He spotted us a good way down the road while he was laying down (last pic). He then stood up and slowly walked straight toward us and right beside us, never losing eye contact and definitely showing no fear. It was the most amazing, yet intimidating feeling ever :)

Notes:

I added a short video clip of it walking towards us. His feet are so big and floppy!
