Field Notes

Description:

The Green Stream Frog is light green to dark olive green to brown on the back. It has a pale golden stripe from the nostril through the eye and down the side, underlined by a dark brown stripe. The groin and inside thighs are reddish brown. The belly is white.

Habitat:

Habitat
flowing streams in rainforest, woodland and wet or dry sclerophyll forest

Range
native to eastern Australia from the Queensland/New South Wales border south to Sydney.
