Description:

Found among multiple species of lichen

Habitat:

Near some inns/lodges in an otherwise rural area.

Notes:

Some Usnea species are used in medicines, cosmetics, as a fire starter when dried, and also to dye textiles. It may also be toxic in high concentrations. They prefer places where the air quality is good.
