Can somebody please tell me what this vine is? I'm guessing some sort of berry...

My mom came over and tore out tons of vines in that same area last year (much of it poison ivy, she's immune)...too bad, or I might have had something more substantial this year! I also spotted another small vine of the same thing elsewhere in the yard today. Luckily, they're both out of the way so I wouldn't mind some growth if it means I can have berries!
Certainly does look like a blackberry. If a Rubus, you won't see any berries on it this year, but maybe next year. If it's like here, tho, your house may be covered by it by then.
From the underside pictures, I'd be pretty happy to guess bramble for now! Just a little seedling :) There are some big bramble bushes on the side of the footpath near my house, not fun catching your legs on them when you're wearing shorts!
Nope, these started sprouting about 2 weeks ago. No flowering yet, just the vines.
To me looks like a bramble? Something in the genus Rubus. Was there an older plant nearby to give you any more clues?
