Description:

Red/pink flowers and green leaves with red veins. Short plant, to about knees length and flowers shorter than a thumb.

Habitat:

Spotted in backyard.

Hehehe... The flower structure to be considered... Colours are depends on resources from their land..!! Do not consider its as exact specie... availability of in your area and structure of flower and leafs are most important in identifying specie...!!
Its a type of fuchsia, but it doesn't quite look like the one in your link Ashish, the ones in my spotting never had any green on the tips of the petals.
