Description:

Insect - front "legs" have claw-like endings that resemble that of a mole. Looks similar to a grasshopper but wings seem small for body and legs aren't as long.

Habitat:

Found in shop building at school - may have come in from prairie habitat neighboring school grounds.

It looks like a mole cricket. At least that would be be the European name, can't remember the scientific name.
