Thank you Eric. I too would love a dslr but the p&s is doing just fine for now :)
Same with me Atul. But now trying to play with the settings. And I just use a point and shoot. Would love to have a dslr soon. Great pic btw Cindy :-)

Cindy that makes your picture even more amazing as it is so clear for an automatic shot
Atul, you need to practice on static things first and get used to how the camera performs with different lighting and how the settings work etc, only then can you use it to photograph nature.
I usually shoot a couple in auto, then special modes and if I'm lucky and the subject is still there, I brave manual!
the manual mode is what i am scared of Sean ,i fear by the time i experiment with it the subject flies off
ha ha you where just at the right place at the right time! I am an amateur too, trying to use manual mode ;)
I can see it was a beautiful day! the back drop just makes the pictures that more beautiful. Great Photos Cindy!
