Description:

The Southeastern Five Lined Skink is one of three species of Plestidons native to North Carolina. All juveniles start with bright blue tails, which gradually fade as they get older. They grow to about 8 inches long, with tail.

Notes:

A young Southeastern Five Lined Skink in my backyard.
