ON the hind wing, the blue mark that separates the fourth and fifth(from the top) medial orange spots identifies this as a Spicebush Swallowtail. The orange spots on a Black Swallowtail are never interrupted by blue. See here. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7099150
