You may correct... I just referred the link....
The common name for this bird in North America is Anhinga and the Latin name is Anhinga anhinga. We do not call it American Darter here, but Ashish does have the correct Latin name and ID for it.

Cormorants had little downward curve on their beak's front point. Its pure American darter.
Not 100% that it is a darter, based on Noe and Pili's comment....will have to read more when I have time.
Oriental Darter .....
Nice shot! It is a Cormorant (family Phalacrocoracidae), but I don't know which species it is
