This was spotted in a hill station where temperature is around 15degree Celsius to 22 degree Celsius

Yes Nine spotted Wasp moth. Very common in India. Here this Orange background colour killed Orange Yellow bands on Wasp's abdomen.
Looks like a type of wasp moth.
