Even though you don't have pictures of the dorsum (the back), there is only one spider this could be. Orchard Orbweavers (Leucauge venusta) are beautiful! They have wonderful silver, black and yellow on the dorsal side of their abdomens. I found this species hanging around in my yard as well: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12559474
