Here in South America, mosquitoes transmit some diseases, but fortunately this is not one of them ;D
It is a cool looking mosquito, but I still don't want it biting me ^_^

Yeah. At the moment of the photograph it was biting me
I saw a similar one in Colombia, but we couldn't photographed it, it was really small and I didn't have a macro that time.
