Thanks Alex, similar to your Hairy leg bell? This was seen at Valley of flowers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valley_of_Flowers_National_Park during rainy season, maybe this could help? Actually I am new for mushrooms. Recently I have learnt that to identify mushrooms there are a lot of pics required of the specimen. Unfortunately I cannot return and click them again :)
genus: "galerina", which species have you look yourself. but the genus galerina will be associated with the moss.
